Event Description The Personnel and Finance Committee is responsible for issues involving city revenue, budget, spending, priorities for capital spending, and employee matters including salaries, grievances, union negotiations, hiring, and termination.

The Personnel and Finance Committee has jurisdiction over the City Administrator, City Clerk, City Treasurer, Assessor, City Attorney, and personnel matters.
