The City of Milton and the Milton Area Chamber of Commerce, Industry, & Tourism (MACCIT) are working together to develop a Nonprofit Task Force. At this time, we are planning on this being a quarterly meeting.
At the task force meetings, nonprofits will be able to discuss their upcoming projects and receive feedback on ways to make them as effective as possible. In addition, it will allow organizations to make connections with similar organizations in the community and find different ways that organizations can assist each other or collaborate.
The first meeting will take place on March 13, 2012 at 10 a.m. in the City Hall Break Room, located on the lowest level of the Shaw Municipal Building, 430 E. High Street.
