Fremont Street" 11am-2pm - Chili Cook Off "Do you have the best chili recipe? Create your winning recipe and become part of the chili cook off. Come hungry to vote for your favorite recipe. Noon - 3pm - Polar Plunge "Join hundreds of brave Wisconsin Winter Warriors as they plunge into the icy water of our 18,000 gallon pool to raise funds to benefit Special Olympics Wisconsin athletes.
